Repair Policy ⭐️ Free nail repairs are offered within 72 hours after your service. Beyond this period, a new appointment is required. Late Arrivals ⭐️ Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a late arrival fee of $10. No-Show Policy ⭐️ No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. After one no-show, a deposit will be required for future bookings. After two no-shows, you will be banned from booking. Health and Safety ⭐️ Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Clients exhibiting symptoms of illness will be asked to leave and reschedule. Children and Guests ⭐️ For safety, please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they also have an appointment. Product Allergies ⭐️ Please inform me of any known product allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Quotes ⭐️ Please message me in advance for quotes on specific nail sets.
